This morning in Australia, we woke up to the horrible news of a legend passing , which as truly saddened the world as everyone on social media, including my self have payed tribute.
I wasn’t going to write a blog post about Robin, because everyone has something to say about it and I didn’t even know him, yet here I am and yes even though I never met Robin, I grew up watching him, he made me laugh and made me cry, mostly laugh and as corny as it sounds, I really did feel like I know him and that he was apart of my family.
The way I mourn a celebrity I truly admire is by basically spending most of my day rewatching interviews on youtube, and share some great articles (mostly from Buzzfeed) which feature some of his greatest performances and stories of how amazing he was…
lastly I would like to share these two images
the first, by his gorgeous daughter who tweeted this:
and this , just because
You are now free Robin, may your beautiful soul rest in peace, thank you for all the laughs, your legacy will live on!
Robin Williams was very open about his addiction and depression, if you have depression , please talk about it, tell your friends and family, you shouldn’t be ashamed of it, thats what they are there for, love and support, if you don’t feel comfortable here are a few numbers of people you can talk to
